Cancellation Policy
 

Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.  My desire is  to be effective and fair to all clients. With this in mind, the following policies are honored:

*24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

* I will do my best to start and end your appointment on time. 

*I do accept clients who are late, however, your session may be shortened to acomodate my schedule and the clients after you.

*I will wait 20 min. before canceling your appointment

*If you cancel with  less than 24 hr. notice there will be no charge IF you schedule an appointment at the time of your cancelation.

 *No shows are charged for the session

Emergencies are exempt from this policy

Refunds: I do not give refunds for single massages or sets. Any pre paid massage or set may be transferred. There are individual exceptions to this policy if the client is physically unable to use the sessions, e.g. moving out of state.
